How GASQ handles your information

Information we collect and why

GASQ collects the company and business-contact information you submit, account and authority confirmations, service capabilities, licensing and insurance details, staffing availability, evidence references, disclosures, review decisions, and feedback. A buyer request also contains its business contact, contact permission, statement of work, pricing and matching records, and consultation choices. Provide only information needed for these business purposes.

GASQ uses this information to operate accounts, review qualifications, prepare and review scopes, assess suitable companies, coordinate authorized consultations, respond to requests, and protect the service. The service keeps earlier application and decision versions so the basis of a decision can be explained. A new profile does not erase an earlier review automatically.

Private access and session information support authentication and abuse prevention. The portal uses necessary cookies for account access; browser storage may retain a buyer's conversation or private request identifier on that device. Hosting services may process connection information and technical logs. Avoid shared devices and sign out when finished.

Who can receive it

Access is limited to GASQ personnel with an operational need and service providers used for hosting, database storage, support, and security. In an authorized consultation, the relevant buyer and vendor receive only the business profile, scope, and contact details needed for the introduction. GASQ does not sell beta application data or share it for other companies' unrelated advertising. Records may also be disclosed when required by law or to address a substantiated security or legal issue.

The vendor application and qualification evidence are not a public directory. Internal evidence notes, private tax information, and private reference-contact details are not shared as buyer-facing company profiles. Public statements or logos used in GASQ marketing need a separate permission.

External AI processing is disabled for this beta release. Do not enter sensitive documents or employee records in the conversation. Enabling a new external AI data flow requires an updated notice and the appropriate participant choice before information is sent through that flow. Opening an external meeting or issuer website is subject to that provider's privacy practices; GASQ identifies the channel before the review.

How long we keep it

GASQ retains identifiable beta information only while needed for the purposes described here, ordinarily no longer than one year after collection, unless a specific legal, fraud-investigation, dispute, or recordkeeping requirement justifies longer retention. A continuing need is documented; it is not assumed for every record. Unneeded data is deleted or de-identified. Backup copies awaiting deletion are restricted and are not reused for ordinary business processing.

GASQ reviews retention manually during the beta. There is no promise of an automatic self-service deletion tool. Historic application and decision records need a controlled privacy review because they can also explain prior decisions. Such records are not retained indefinitely merely because the application prevents ordinary users from changing them.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete your information at info@getasecurityquote.com or through the published GASQ contact page. Include your company and account or request identifier, without credentials or unnecessary sensitive material. GASQ may verify your authority before acting and will respond within 30 days, explaining any information it must retain and why. Update your saved profile when facts change; a material change may require another qualification review.

Participation does not require permission for unrelated marketing. You can refuse or withdraw marketing permission without losing the ability to receive necessary account and review messages. This beta notice explains the beta's actual data use and supplements the general website privacy policy. It controls any inconsistent description of this beta's collection, sharing, or retention.
