Use the email address for account help, corrections, document-review arrangements, privacy requests, and withdrawal. Include your company name and application or request identifier; never include your private access link, password, or employee personal records.
Invited security companies can create and update company applications, identify qualification evidence, declare staffing availability, and receive a GASQ decision. Grayling reviews the first vendor group. A later reviewer must have recorded authority before making decisions.
Where buyer consultations are enabled, buyers can submit a statement of work describing the location, duties, dates, shifts, staffing, and other requirements. GASQ reviews the scope and its pricing inputs before showing an approved quote and eligible companies. A buyer may choose one company or request consultation with up to three companies during the stated 48-hour window before choosing one. GASQ coordinates the consultation; the beta does not promise instant appointments or a particular company's participation.
A company appears only when its current admission, evidence, available capacity, and review for the exact scope support the match. An invitation or completed application alone does not confer approval. Conditional approval must show its restrictions and cannot authorize activation of a security job. Changes to material application information, the work, or supporting evidence require renewed review. An unsupported or incomplete request is held for review.
The current priced boundary is low-risk, unarmed onsite officer work in Georgia, with a supported dated schedule. Registration may collect broader capabilities; that does not imply automatic matching or a quote outside this boundary. The requirement for 1,000 existing weekly billable hours measures company size. It is separate from the hours available to staff a new request.
GASQ does not guarantee work, a number of leads, ranking, a service outcome, or a risk-free site. A review label describes the evidence and criteria GASQ reviewed; it is not a government certification or a guarantee of future performance.
Registration, application review, and beta consultation participation are free. No payment card is required. They create no membership charge, success-fee debt, export charge, direct-access charge, buyer credit payment, or automatic conversion to a paid plan.
The beta does not change the planned GASQ commercial process. Before paid procurement or security service begins, the parties must accept the applicable completed commercial terms, actual service scope, price, and any payment authorization. Registration, consultation selection, or a portal status by itself is not a signed security services contract or permission to start work. GASQ does not employ or dispatch a vendor's officers through these participation terms.
Vendor consultation is about suitability for the stated work. Vendors must not submit competing prices or add charges to the GASQ scope. Material changes go back to GASQ for a new scope and quote before a new commitment. An unapproved calculation or a practice example is not a price on which a buyer or vendor should rely.
Participants must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the company they identify. Supply accurate information, identify estimates, obtain permission to provide other people's business contact details, and promptly correct material changes. Do not impersonate another company, share private access credentials, interfere with another account, or use the beta for unlawful activity.
You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. You permit GASQ to use them to operate your account, review qualifications, assess scope fit, coordinate authorized consultations, address support or security issues, and keep necessary records described in the privacy notice. This does not give GASQ permission to sell private application material or use your company logo in advertising. Suggestions and feedback do not transfer ownership of your confidential business records.
GASQ may show a qualifying company's buyer-facing business profile to the buyer whose scope is being matched. Private evidence, tax details, references' personal contact details, and internal review notes are not buyer-facing profile content. Share buyer contact details with a participating vendor only as part of an authorized introduction. Do not use an introduction for unrelated marketing.
Enter document names, public license references, dates, and other requested company-level evidence references in the application. A reference alone does not verify a credential. Contact GASQ to arrange a private review before sending documents.
For this beta, GASQ can inspect necessary evidence during a private, non-recorded review session or through an issuer's or regulator's records and retain a review reference and result. The vendor controls what is shown. Use redacted company-level records; do not expose employee Social Security numbers, identity scans, medical records, full personnel files, client-sensitive operational information, or payment-card details. Required tax details are reviewed through the authorized private review process. Do not paste them into free-text notes.
If GASQ needs a document copy, it must first identify a restricted transfer destination, its authorized recipients, and the intended retention. The older public website upload form is not the beta's approved channel for sensitive qualification material. Do not send a copy until the reviewer gives the appropriate instructions.
You can update your application and ask GASQ to explain or reconsider a review. Corrections create a new review record; they do not silently overwrite the earlier decision. Report lost or shared access promptly so GASQ can verify the account and issue new access. GASQ may hold or suspend an account when credentials expire, information conflicts, or access is compromised.
You may leave the free beta by contacting GASQ. Withdrawal creates no fee. GASQ will explain the effect on active introductions and handle access and records under the privacy notice. GASQ may pause or end the beta, and will give notice where practicable. Do not use the beta as an emergency reporting service; contact the appropriate emergency service for an immediate danger.
These participation terms govern this free beta and take precedence over conflicting general website text for this beta. In particular, older website descriptions of a seven-day trial, recurring charges, paid cancellations, and broad ownership of submissions do not apply to free beta participation. Separate signed agreements are not changed by these terms.
Material changes to beta obligations require notice and a new affirmative acceptance before those changes apply. A later paid plan always requires separate acceptance. These participation terms do not add a new arbitration requirement, indemnity, or waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
